Pointe East Physical Rehabilitation is conveniently located in Glen Carbon, Illinois, at the intersection of Highway 157 and Interstate 270. It was established in 1991 to provide physical therapy services to a variety of patients through the use of state-of-the-art equipment and experienced healthcare professionals. Our philosophy is to provide the most effective rehabilitation program for our patients. We see each patient as a unique individual with specific needs, and will give each patient the one-on-one attention they deserve! We work closely with the referring physician to achieve one common goal - to restore each patient to their optimal level of function, and to educate the patient on how to maintain this level of health and vitality. We believe that the patient is able to play a more active role in their therapy program if they are educated regarding the meaning of their specific diagnosis, and how physical therapy can help meet their individualized goals.
